# Sugestão de produtos no Autoatendimento Food (TokMenu)

A funcionalidade de Sugestão de Produtos aumenta o ticket médio oferecendo produtos alternativos ou complementares durante a jornada de compra.

## Tipos de Sugestão

## Cadastrar sugestões

Para cadastrar Sugestões de produtos no Autoatendimento Food, siga o passo a passo:

Acesse **Produtos > Sugestões**.

Clique em **Adicionar Sugestões**.

* Selecione o **Produto Base** (aquele que o cliente escolherá).
* Escolha o **Tipo de Sugestão** (Troca ou Adição).
* Marque os **Produtos Sugeridos**.
* Clique em **Confirmar**.

## Fluxo no Autoatendimento

• **Troca**: ao tocar no produto base, surge um pop-up exibindo as alternativas para troca. O botão **Continuar com o Produto Selecionado** mantém a escolha original.

• **Adição**: ao confirmar o item no carrinho, aparece um pop-up sugerindo itens extras. O cliente pode tocar em um deles para ser direcionado à tela de inclusão ou tocar em **Não, Obrigado** para prosseguir.

• Utilize combos ou produtos de maior margem como sugestões de troca.\
• Para adições, priorize complementos rápidos (bebidas, sobremesas, adicionais).
