# Cancelamento de notas no Invoicy

#### Antes de cancelar

* **Acesso ao Invoicy**: Login e senha válidos (consulte **Retaguarda Cloud > Fiscal** se necessário).
* **Nota autorizada**: Só é possível cancelar notas com status **Autorizada**.
* **Prazo máximo**: 30 minutos após a emissão (varia por estado – confirme com o contador).

### Cancelar uma nota no Invoicy

### Acesse o Invoicy

* Entre em [https://app.invoicy.com.br](https://app.invoicy.com.br/) com seu login e senha.

### Localize a nota

* Na lista de notas, encontre a nota que deseja cancelar (use filtros por data ou número).

### Inicie o cancelamento

* Clique no **último botão à direita** (na mesma linha da nota).

### Informe a justificativa

* Na janela aberta, insira uma **justificativa** (ex: "Erro no CPF do cliente").
* Clique em **Realizar Cancelamento**.

### Aguarde a confirmação

* O sistema exibirá uma mensagem de sucesso.
* Feche a janela clicando no **X**.
