# Inutilização de numerações

Antes de abrir o chamado, reúna todos os dados da numeração que será inutilizada.

### Solicitar a inutilização

### Separe as informações

* **CNPJ do cliente**: informe o CNPJ completo.
* **Modelo da nota**: selecione *NFC-e* ou *NF-e*.
* **Motivo da inutilização**: descreva brevemente o motivo.
* **Série da numeração**: informe a série usada no sistema.
* **Numeração**:
  * Número inicial
  * Número final

### Abra um chamado com o suporte

* Envie os dados no formato abaixo para o e-mail/portal de suporte:

Motivo da inutilização: [Descreva]
