# Como criar uma filial vinculada a um grupo econômico?

## **Passo a passo para criar uma filial**

### **Acesse o OEM:**

* Entre no módulo OEM e navegue até *Minhas Licenças*.

### **Selecione a licença do grupo econômico:**

* Clique no **ícone +** ao lado da licença existente.

### **Preencha os dados da filial:**

**Nome da Filial:** Ex.: "Loja Centro", "Filial Zona Sul".

**CNPJ/CPF:** Opcional (depende da necessidade fiscal).

**Endereço:** Completo, com CEP.

**Módulos habilitados:** Selecione os recursos que a filial usará (ex.: Vendas, Estoque, Fiscal).

### **Finalize a criação:**

* Role até o final da tela > Clique em **GRAVAR**.
* Confirme a operação > Aguarde a mensagem de sucesso.

* **Problema:** Módulos não estão disponíveis.
  * **Solução:** A licença principal deve ter os módulos habilitados.
