# Grupo econômico e número da filial

### Localizar pelo Retaguarda Cloud

### Acesse o Retaguarda Cloud

* Entre no sistema e navegue até ***Retaguarda Cloud > Administrativo > Filiais.***

### Encontre o número da filial

* **À esquerda da tela**, todas as filiais serão listadas com seus respectivos números.

### Verifique o grupo econômico

* Selecione uma filial > Aba **Geral**.
* O grupo econômico estará vinculado aos dados da licença.

### Localizar pelo OEM

* Navegue até *Minhas Licenças > Selecione a licença desejada*.

### Encontre o grupo econômico

* O número do grupo econômico está destacado na página inicial da licença.

### Verifique as filiais

* Clique em **Filiais** > Os números das filiais serão listados **à esquerda da tela**.

### Precisa de ajuda?

* **Problema:** Número da filial não aparece no Retaguarda Cloud.
  * **Solução:** Verifique se o usuário tem permissão para visualizar filiais (Retaguarda *Cloud > Pessoas > Usuários*).
* **Problema:** Grupo econômico incorreto.
  * **Solução:** Contate o suporte para validar a vinculação da licença.
