# Pagamento parcial

Registre pagamentos em etapas na mesma conta e acompanhe o saldo pendente no módulo de mesas.

## **O que** o Pagamento Parcial **é?**

* Funcionalidade para **registrar pagamentos em etapas** em uma mesma conta.
* Ideal para estabelecimentos onde clientes pagam partes da conta ao longo do consumo (ex.: bares, restaurantes).

## **Como funciona o Pagamento Parcial?**

**Habilitar no sistema:**

* Acesse: **Retaguarda Cloud > Administrativo > Filiais**
* Clique na aba: **Parâmetros > Ative Pagamento Parcial.**

* **Sincronize tabelas** no PDV.

### **Como registrar o pagamento parcial?**

* Na venda: Clique em **FECH. PAGA** > Selecione **Pagto Parcial** (canto inferior direito).
* Insira:
  * **Valor pago** (ex.: R$ 25,00).
  * **Forma de pagamento** (ex.: Crédito).

### **Como verificar pagamentos?**

* Clique em **Ver Pagto** (canto inferior direito) para visualizar:
  * Histórico de pagamentos.
  * Total da compra (ex.: R$ 89,65).
  * Valor pendente (ex.: **"Falta" R$ 64,65** ).

### **Cancelar pagamento parcial:**

* **Permissão necessária:** Habilite *"Ação -> Cancelamento de pagamento parcial"* no cadastro do usuário PDV (Retaguarda > *Pessoas > Usuários PDV*).
