# Instalação do PDV Legal em terminais Cielo

Processo para instalar e configurar o PDV Legal em terminais homologados na adquirente Cielo.

Use este fluxo para liberar o app, instalar o PDV Legal e validar a configuração inicial em terminais Cielo.

### Terminais Cielo compatíveis

Consulte a lista em [**Maquininhas homologadas**](/equipamentos/smartpos-maquininhas.md#cielo).

Atualmente, os modelos homologados são **DX8000**, **L3 (Lio)** e **L4 (Lio)**.

### Instalar o aplicativo PDV Legal

#### 1. Localizar o Código EC, a Loja e o Número Lógico

* Clique no ícone **Quadrado**.

* Em **Atalhos**, clique na opção **Sobre**.

* Localize o **Código EC**, o código da **Loja** e o **Número Lógico**.

#### 2. Preencher o formulário de liberação

Acesse o [**Formulário de Liberação App - Máquinas Cielo**](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe9XRPkQDQc_vYWEtydRK9fKOIWKoi16EEOjz1xw0W9SLnIiw/viewform) e preencha os seguintes campos:

* **Digite o Código EC** do cliente.

**Informe sempre 16 dígitos:**

* Se o **Código EC** tiver **16 dígitos**, informe-o diretamente.
* Se o **Código EC** tiver **12 dígitos**, informe o **Código EC** seguido do **Código da Loja**, totalizando **16 dígitos**.

Essa regra vale para todos os equipamentos Cielo.

* **Digite o Número Lógico**.
* Clique em **Enviar**.

Após o envio, o formulário será encaminhado para o nosso Time Comercial, que, por sua vez, o encaminhará para a equipe da Cielo.

O prazo da liberação do app no terminal é de até 1 dia útil.

#### 3. Aguardar o download automático

* O aplicativo PDV Legal será baixado automaticamente no terminal informado.

#### 4. Instalar no terminal

* Após o download, toque em **Instalar** e depois em **Abrir**.

### Associar o terminal à licença da empresa

Abra o aplicativo PDV Legal.

Será solicitado que você informe o **CNPJ** da sua empresa. Insira-o no campo correspondente.

Em seguida, selecione a **filial** correta à qual este terminal pertence.

Se os dados estiverem corretos, o terminal será automaticamente associado à filial e a licença será validada. Uma mensagem de sucesso confirmará a operação.

### Sincronizar dados de cadastro

No aplicativo PDV Legal, localize o **menu de opções** no canto superior direito da tela.

Selecione a opção **“Baixar Tabelas”.**

Aguarde a conclusão do processo de sincronização.

### Configurar impressoras

Acesse **Configurar > Impressoras** no PDV Legal.

Selecione a opção: **CIELO BUILT-IN**

Abra a impressora que será usada na operação e confirme se a opção **Ativo** está marcada.

Imprima uma **Página de Teste** para validar a configuração.

### Validar a forma de pagamento

Abra **PDV > Configurações > Parâmetros**.

Role até a seção **MEIO PAGAMENTO INTEGRADO**.

Confira se **"Empresa de Meio de Pagamento"** está configurada corretamente (ex.: "Cielo").

Habilite as opções: **Balcão** e **Ticket**.

Se um desses dois campos ficar desativado, o PDV **não chamará** a maquininha para processar o cartão.
