# Excluir Stone Codes duplicados no PDV Legal

* Terminais com múltiplos Stone Codes registrados.
* Erros de integração com a Stone.

### Identificar Stone Codes duplicados

#### **Verifique o aviso:**

O PDV exibe um alerta quando há **2+ Stone Codes** vinculados.

### Excluir um Stone Code

#### **Acesse o menu de cartões:**

* Na tela de vendas, vá para *Funções > Cartões*.

#### **Ative o gerenciamento:**

* Clique em **Ativar Stone Code**.

#### **Selecione o Stone Code a ser removido:**

* Toque em **Gerenciar Stone Code (remoção apenas)**.
* Escolha o código que deseja excluir.

#### **Conclua o processo:**

* Stone Code será removido imediatamente.

### Resolver problemas comuns

* **Problema:** Não encontro a opção "Gerenciar Stone Code".
  * **Solução:** Verifique se o usuário tem permissão para exclusão (**Retaguarda Cloud > Pessoas > Usuários PDV**).
* **Problema:** Stone Code não foi excluído.
  * **Solução:** Reinicie o PDV e repita o processo com internet estável.
* **Problema:** Aviso de duplicidade persiste.
  * **Solução:** Sincronize tabelas (*Clique nos três pontos> Baixar Tabelas*) após a exclusão.

* **Sincronize após exclusão:** Garanta que o terminal atualize as configurações.
