# Remover licença (Manutenção de terminal)

**Atenção:**

* Este processo removerá a licença, a pasta **TAB** (configurações) e a pasta **Raiz** (dados locais).
* **Dados locais serão perdidos** (faça backup antes).

**Pré-requisitos:**

* **Acesso ao módulo OEM:** Permissão para gerenciar licenças.
* **Internet estável:** Necessária para validação.

Para realizar o processo de remoção de licença:

**1 - No Módulo OEM:**

* Acesse *Central > Manutenção Terminal*.
* Selecione a operação:
  * **Remover Licença** (seleciona automaticamente *Apagar Pasta TAB* e *Apagar Pasta Raíz*).
* Insira o **MAC/TAG** do terminal (12 dígitos) > Clique em **Validar**.

* Anote o **TOKEN** gerado (válido por tempo limitado).

**2 - No PDV:**

* Acesse o menu do PDV Legal > Clique nos **três pontos** > **Manutenção**.

* Insira o **TOKEN** gerado no OEM > Clique em **CONTINUAR**.

* Aguarde o processo:
  * O PDV reiniciará e entrará no modo de **novo licenciamento**.

### Dicas rápidas

* **Backup obrigatório:** Faça backup dos dados (*PDV > Configurar > Backup*) antes de remover a licença.
* **Verifique o MAC/TAG:** Anote-o antes de iniciar o processo.
* **Novo licenciamento:** Após a remoção, o terminal estará pronto para receber uma nova licença.
