# Conferência de caixa

Realize a conferência dos encerramentos de caixa e use filtros para consultar resultados.

A conferência valida os encerramentos de caixa enviados pelo PDV.

Use este recurso para comparar os valores calculados com os valores informados pelo operador.

A conferência revisa um encerramento já realizado.

Ela não substitui o encerramento do operador no PDV.

### Acessar a conferência de caixa

Acesse **Administrativo > Conferência de Caixa**.

Por padrão, a tela exibe os encerramentos que ainda não foram conferidos.

### Realizar a conferência

Selecione o encerramento de caixa que deseja conferir.

Clique em **Conferir**.
{% endstep %}

Analise as colunas exibidas na tela:

* **Forma de Pagamento:** O método de pagamento (Dinheiro, Cartão, etc.).
* **Valor Calculado:** O valor total registrado pelo sistema para aquela forma de pagamento.
* **Conferência:** O valor que o operador informou ter contado/conferido no PDV.
* **Diferença:** Mostra a sobra ou falta entre o valor calculado e o valor conferido.
* **Observação:** Registra a justificativa da diferença, quando necessário.

No **Dinheiro**, o **Valor Calculado** considera:

Vendas em dinheiro + Fundo de Caixa - Sangria
```

A conferência ideal termina com a coluna **Diferença** zerada.

Revise os valores apresentados em cada forma de pagamento.

Se houver diferença, preencha **Observação** com a justificativa.

Clique novamente em **Conferir** para confirmar.

Depois da conferência, o encerramento deixa de aparecer na listagem padrão.

Use os filtros para consultá-lo novamente.

### Consultar conferências com filtros

Na tela principal, clique em **Filtrar**.

Defina os critérios da consulta:

* **Filial:** Selecione uma filial específica, se aplicável.
* **Status da Conferência:** Escolha entre:
  * Não conferido
  * Conferido com diferença
  * Conferido e OK
* **Período:** Defina um intervalo de datas para a busca.
* **Operador:** Filtre pelos encerramentos de um operador de caixa específico.
* **Terminal:** Filtre pelos encerramentos realizados em um terminal (PDV) específico.
