# Inventário por planilha

Use o inventário por planilha para atualizar o estoque em lote com base na contagem física.

### Acesse a ferramenta de inventário

No sistema, vá em **Estoque → Movimentações → Opções → Inventário** e selecione a filial.

### Baixe o modelo

Clique em **Importar Excel** e depois em **Download do gabarito**.

O sistema gerará uma planilha com os produtos listados no formato correto.

### Preencha a planilha

Abra o arquivo e preencha:

* **quantidade física**
* **último custo**, se necessário

Depois, salve a planilha.

### Importe o inventário atualizado

Volte para a tela de inventário, clique em **Escolher Arquivo** e selecione a planilha salva.

Revise a pré-validação e clique em **Confirmar**.

Ao confirmar a importação, o sistema **substituirá TODAS as quantidades de estoque** dos produtos listados pelos novos valores informados na planilha. A contagem anterior será permanentemente perdida. Certifique-se de que a planilha está correta e completa antes de confirmar a operação.
