# Plano de contas

O plano de contas organiza receitas e despesas por categorias e subcategorias.

Você pode usar essa estrutura como centro de custo, categoria financeira ou base para DRE.

### Como estruturar o plano de contas

Use grupos e subgrupos para separar os lançamentos com mais precisão.

* **Receitas:** vendas de produtos e serviços.
* **Despesas:** pessoal, encargos, taxas, fornecedores e despesas bancárias.

### Crie as categorias principais

Defina os grupos que representam sua operação.

Exemplo: `Receitas` e `Despesas`.

### Crie subcategorias

Detalhe cada grupo conforme sua necessidade.

Exemplo: `Despesas com infraestrutura` pode incluir `Internet` e `Licenças de software`.
