# Cadastro de clientes

Cadastre clientes na Retaguarda, preencha os dados principais e importe bases em planilha quando precisar ganhar escala.

Cadastre clientes para organizar contato, histórico de compras e rotinas de relacionamento.

### Cadastrar um cliente

### Acesse a tela de clientes

Na Retaguarda Cloud, vá em **Clientes → Novo**.

### Preencha a aba Geral

Informe os dados principais, como:

* CPF ou CNPJ
* nome
* contato
* e-mail
* endereço

### Complete a aba Outros

Revise campos complementares, como:

* inscrição municipal ou estadual
* endereço de entrega
* status do cadastro
* origem do cliente

### Revise a aba Compras

Use essa aba para acompanhar o histórico de compras do cliente.

### Finalize o cadastro

Depois de gravar, o cliente ficará disponível para uso nas rotinas do sistema.

### Importação de clientes via planilha

Use a importação quando precisar cadastrar muitos clientes de uma só vez.

### Acesse a rotina de importação

Vá em **Pessoas → Exportar/Importar Cadastro**.

### Baixe o modelo da planilha

Clique em **Exportar** para baixar a planilha modelo.

### Preencha a planilha

Preencha os dados dos clientes e mantenha o cabeçalho original.

### Importe o arquivo

Clique em **Escolher e Processar arquivo**, selecione a planilha e confirme.

### Valide os dados

O sistema confirmará a importação ou apontará erros, como CPF duplicado ou campo obrigatório ausente.

### Limites e recomendações

* Importe no máximo **1.000 clientes por arquivo**.
* Se a base for maior, divida em arquivos menores.
* Importe um arquivo por vez.
