# Cadastro de fornecedores

Cadastre fornecedores, defina o compartilhamento entre filiais e acompanhe o vínculo com compras e produtos.

Use este cadastro para centralizar dados do fornecedor e manter o histórico de compras vinculado aos produtos.

Antes de começar, defina se o fornecedor será **compartilhado entre o grupo econômico** ou se ficará disponível apenas para a filial de entrada e saída de estoque.

### Cadastrar um fornecedor

Abra **Fornecedores** e clique em **Novo**.

Na aba **Geral**, preencha os dados principais:

* **CPF ou CNPJ**
* **nome**
* **contato**
* **e-mail**
* **endereço**

Na aba **Outros**, preencha os dados complementares:

* **inscrição municipal**
* **inscrição estadual**
* **endereço de entrega**
* **status do cadastro**
* **filiais relacionadas**

Na aba **Compras**, acompanhe o histórico de compras registradas por filial.

Clique em **Gravar** para concluir.

Os campos **Nome Fantasia** e **Filial** são obrigatórios para finalizar o cadastro.

### Consultar compras do fornecedor no produto

Abra **Produtos** e edite o item desejado.

Acesse a aba **Estoque**.

Selecione a filial e clique em **Recarregar os dados do estoque**.

Revise as movimentações do item, incluindo saldo, histórico de compras e saídas registradas.

### Vinculação automática de fornecedores

Esse fluxo ajuda operações multiloja a vincular fornecedores automaticamente durante a importação de XML.

Abra **Estoque → Opções → Entrada**.

Importe o **XML** da nota fiscal.
{% endstep %}

O sistema lê o **CNPJ do fornecedor**.
{% endstep %}

Se o fornecedor já existir na rede, mas ainda não estiver vinculado à filial atual, o vínculo será criado automaticamente.

Esse vínculo automático não ocorre em entradas digitadas manualmente.
